Vorige week kreeg ik een mailtje van de FOD-financi\u00ebn over de teruggave van de personenbelasting 2019. Een teruggave, wat een verrassing!
\nGaby had mij verzekerd dat ik moest bijbetalen.\u00a0 Hoe kan dat nu ?<\/p>\n

De cloud servers die we tegenwoordig allemaal gebruiken voor e-mail, internet, toepassingen voor tekstverwerking banking en contact met de overheid onder andere, zijn echt heel goed beveiligd.
\nHet is voor hackers veel eenvoudiger geworden om naar je paswoord te hengelen of te vissen. Daarom wordt die oplichtingtactiek\u00a0 \u201cphishing\u201d genoemd. De hacker maakt misbruik van je vertrouwen en probeert je in de val te lokken om je paswoord te bekomen en dat te misbruiken.<\/p>\n

Hoe herken je zo een phishing-bericht?<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Laat je niet vangen door de logo\u2019s, die kunnen hackers zo namaken.<\/li>\n
    2. Kijk naar de afzender van het bericht. Bij phishing zijn dat eigenaardige namen. In mijn mailtje was dat assistance@endzonesportsbetting.com<\/a> en dat lijkt niet van een ministerie te komen.<\/li>\n
    3. Phishing mailtjes hebben een assertief taalgebruik. Soms staan er taalfouten in. Soms is de taal dwingend of wil men je heel nieuwsgierig maken en je laten klikken op een link. Niet doen, dat kan gevaarlijk worden.<\/li>\n
    4. Als je met je muis over de link zweeft zonder te klikken zie je de volledige URL waar je naar toe zou surfen. Ziet deze er raar of verdacht uit? Niet klikken!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Steeds vaker gebruiken hackers ook SMS, WhatsApp en Facebook om zulke berichten te versturen.<\/p>\n

      Heb je het bericht herkent als vals, stuur het dan onmiddellijk door aan verdacht@safeonweb.be<\/a>. Dat is een e-mail adres van het Centrum voor Cybersecurity Belgi\u00eb.
