Hier is hoe NIS2 van toepassing is op bedrijven in Belgi\u00eb:<\/p>\n<h3>1. <strong>Uitgebreidere reikwijdte<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Belgische bedrijven in verschillende sectoren, zoals <strong>energie, gezondheidszorg, financi\u00ebn, transport, digitale infrastructuur<\/strong> en <strong>overheidsadministratie<\/strong>, zullen door NIS2 worden be\u00efnvloed. Kleinere bedrijven in deze kritieke sectoren, die voorheen niet onder de oorspronkelijke NIS-richtlijn vielen, kunnen nu onder NIS2 vallen. Dit betekent dat een groter aantal bedrijven in Belgi\u00eb verplicht zal zijn strengere cybersecuritymaatregelen te nemen.<\/p>\n<h3>2. <strong>Strengere beveiligingseisen<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Belgische bedrijven moeten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Risicobeheersingsprotocollen<\/strong> implementeren: Bedrijven moeten risicogebaseerde cybersecuritymaatregelen nemen om hun netwerken en systemen te beschermen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incidenten melden<\/strong>: Elke grote cybersecurityincident moet binnen <strong>24 uur<\/strong> aan de relevante autoriteiten worden gemeld.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cyberweerbaarheid<\/strong>: Bedrijven zijn verplicht robuuste plannen te hebben om ervoor te zorgen dat ze na cyberaanvallen snel kunnen herstellen zonder grote verstoringen van hun diensten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. <strong>Verbeterde samenwerking<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Belgi\u00eb, via het <strong>Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC)<\/strong> en het <strong>Centrum voor Cybersecurity Belgi\u00eb (CCB)<\/strong>, zal nauwer samenwerken met andere EU-lidstaten. Deze verbeterde samenwerking vereist dat Belgische bedrijven betrokken zijn bij <strong>grensoverschrijdende informatie-uitwisseling<\/strong> en samenwerking om effectiever te reageren op cyberdreigingen.<\/p>\n<h3>4. <strong>Strengere handhaving en sancties<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Onder NIS2 staan Belgische bedrijven onder strengere verantwoordelijkheid en kunnen zij boetes krijgen bij niet-naleving. Het niet implementeren van de vereiste cybersecuritymaatregelen of het niet tijdig melden van incidenten kan leiden tot aanzienlijke financi\u00eble sancties, afhankelijk van de ernst van de inbreuk.<\/p>\n<h3>Gevolgen voor Belgische bedrijven:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bedrijven in <strong>gereguleerde sectoren<\/strong> zullen hun <strong>cybersecuritypraktijken moeten updaten<\/strong> en hun systemen regelmatig moeten auditen.<\/li>\n<li>Ze zullen hun <strong>werknemers moeten trainen<\/strong> op het gebied van cyberrisico&#8217;s en incidentresponsplannen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investeringen in cybersecuritytools<\/strong> en technologie zullen waarschijnlijk toenemen, omdat bedrijven ervoor moeten zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de NIS2-vereisten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Belgi\u00eb wordt de implementatie van NIS2 gecontroleerd door het CCB, dat ervoor zorgt dat Belgische bedrijven in lijn blijven met de EU-regelgeving.
